Please note the following:

A two (2) night minimum applies to all bookings.

A cleaning fee is charged for all bookings- $125.00 per booking

A bond is payable for all bookings

Specials may be provided through Riparide/ Airbnb/ Stayz and other online listing sites from time to time

Standard rates- $250.00 per night for the first 2 guests

$35.00 per person after the first 2 guests (to cover additional linen/ cleaning/ utility use)
